TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF OUR MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE

We want to ensure parents satisfaction and demonstrate our confidence in our programmes with our money-back guarantee. If our student does not get an A grade in the subject tutored by us, we will offer a partial refund, subject to the following terms and conditions:

Students Attending Physical Tuition Classes in Singapore

  • Students must have at least a C5 grade in their last examination to qualify for the refund. We can only guarantee an improvement in the grades for those who obtained grades that are below C5 in their last examination.

  • Students can only be absent for 1 lesson per month. Those who are absent for more than 3 lessons without attending any make-up lessons will not be entitled to any refund.

  • Students who have been enrolled in All A’s Academy for a minimum of 4 months will be refunded SGD100 if an A grade is not obtained either in their mid- or final-year examination.

  • Students who have been enrolled in All A’s Academy for a minimum of 6 months will be refunded SGD200 if an A grade is not obtained either in their mid- or final-year examination.

  • JC students who have been enrolled for a minimum of 6 workshops will be refunded SGD100 if they do not achieve an A grade in their ‘A’ Level Chemistry examination.

  • Students who withdraw before their mid- or final-year examination will not be entitled to any refund.

Students Residing in Brunei, Dubai and Hong Kong and Attending Online Lessons

  • Students must have at least a C5 grade in their last examination to qualify for the refund. We can only guarantee an improvement in the grades for those who obtained grades that are below C5 in their last examination.

  • Students can only be absent for 1 lesson per month. Those who are absent for more than 3 lessons without attending any make-up lessons will not be entitled to any refund.

  • Students who have been enrolled in All A’s Academy for a minimum of 6 months will get a refund of USD100 if an A grade is not obtained either in their mid- or final-year examination.

  • Students who withdraw before their mid- or final-year examination will not be entitled to any refund.
